Yoga is more than movement. It's more than meditation. It's the connection of mind and body through mindful movement.

A good friend of mine once said ‘yoga is great technology.’ It took a while for that to register, but it really is. Your body is hardware and the practice of yoga upgrades your software. It literally changes your internal operating system by deepening your mind body connection. 

Beyond the physical results of increased flexibility, improved balance, strength and posture, yoga guides you to explore your edges. The emotional and spiritual places that are only accessible through conscious embodiment. Whether in conjunction with a health coaching engagement or stand alone sessions, we’d love to lead you in this practice.

Private virtual yoga session

  • Single Session

    A personalized 60 minute session including meditation, breathwork and asana. Your session is customized for your specific level of experience. 
    A single session creates space to explore a home practice in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Five Sessions

    A personalized journey over the course of five integrated sessions. We discuss both your level of experience and your intention, and build a path utilizing asana, breathwork and meditation to travel together. This will provide a foundation to explore the beginning of an individual practice, or deepen an existing one.

All sessions are 60 minutes in length and conducted virtually, unless otherwise agreed upon.
